Eligibility Requirements

• Law students (LLM option): Open to individuals with an LLB degree or equivalent
• Non-law students (MPhil option): Open to non-lawyers with at least an Honours degree, in exceptional cases, a Bachelor’s degree is considered when coupled with years of experience in human rights work. The relevant course content, coupled with practical sessions, provide students with hands-on knowledge on applying human rightts training to solve social issues in society. • South African Students: Applications must be submitted by 30 September 2023.
