 The 4th edition of the case discussion series will feature the decision of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child in the case of Legal and Human Rights Centre & Centre for Reproductive Rights v United Republic of Tanzania (The reproductive rights case).

The case discussion series provides a platform for stakeholders to engage on normative and jurisprudential contributions of recent decisions of African human rights bodies, as well as the strategies to enhance the implementation of the decisions.
