I am a South Sudanese national who grew up in South Sudan, Gogrial State, Apuk East County and Kampala Uganda.

I have Bachelor of Laws Degree ( LLB 1st Class) from University of Juba, South Sudan.

Experience:
1. I was admitted in South Sudan Bar in 2015 and practised as an Advocate and Founding Partner of Kush Advocates & Solicitors (2016 to 2017).
2. Before my LLB, I served in South Sudan Organized Forces at the Rank of 1st Lt up to 2012.

    I grew up in Nakuru, Kenya but currently live in Nairobi, Kenya.

    Experience:
    I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. I am also in the process of obtaining my Company Secretarial Certificate (CS) under the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB).
    Prior to joining this programme, I worked at the firm of Hamilton, Harrison & Mathews Advocates, one of the biggest law firms in Kenya. I joined the firm in the year 2009 as a trainee and have been working in the corporate, commercial & real estate department of the firm until 2016 when I left to attend this LLM programme. I specialized in commercial law, corporate law, real estate and planning law, banking and finance, non-contentious probate and wills.
    While at the firm, in 2014, I completed a total of five months’ secondment on two separate occasions to Commercial Bank of Africa’s legal department where I was part of key personnel involved in the creation and review of security documentation, liaison with the bank’s securities and forensic department, review of internal legal documents and co-ordination of external counsel providing legal services to the bank.
    Also, in 2015, I was seconded by the firm for the position of Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary at CMC Motors Group Limited where I was responsible for providing guidance on a variety of legal matters, including compliance, governance, human resources and litigation. I also performed company secretarial duties for the company.

            After completing my Bachelor of Laws Degree, I worked for the National Legal Aid Clinic for Women between 2009 and 2011. I then joined a private law firm as a Legal Assistant. I was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia on 22 February, 2013. I practised with the same firm until August, 2015 when I moved to the Attorney-General's Chambers in Zambia. My litigation experience ranges from Family Law, Commercial Law, Human Rights Law to advisory services. I obtained the DELF A1 Qualification in December, 2016 from Alliance Francaise, Lusaka. Between October-November 2015, I represented Zambia at the African in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at the Amani Africa II FTX as Protection of Civilians Officer.                 I was born in Windhoek the capital city of Namibia. Raised and completed my schooling in Rehoboth, a small town located 90 kilometres south of the Capital.

                I hold a Bachelor of Law (B-Juris) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours degree from the University of Namibia (UNAM).

                I sat for my bar exams, and am due to complete my practical hours once I return to Namibia. I will thereafter lodge my application to be admitted as a legal practitioner of the Honourable High Court of Namibia.

                                          I grew up in Koforidua, in the eastern region of Ghana.

                                          Academic qualifications:
                                          I have a bachelor of laws degree (LL.B, second class- upper division) from the Knust, Kumasi, Ghana in 2009 and then my qualifying certificate in law and enrolment certificate in 2011 from the Ghana School of Law.

                                          Experience:
                                          I have special interest in commercial litigation, corporate governance issues, company secretarial duties and drafting of legal instruments. I have been a lawyer in good standing at the Ghana bar for 6 years.

                                          Academic fields of interest:
                                          My interest is in the commerce aspects of the law. After this course, i intend to take up another masters program in taxation and company law/ corporate law

                                            I was born and raised from Livingstone in the Livingstone District of the Southern Province of the Republic of Zambia where from Ii did my Primary and Secondary Education.

                                            Academic qualifications:
                                            I am a holder of a bachelor's degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia situate in the Lusaka District of the Republic of Zambia. I obtained the said degree in 2009.

                                            Experience:
                                            I am an advocated of the adjudicature of the High Court of the Republic of Zambia with 6 years experience having being called to the bar in 2011.
                                            My first professional working experience was with the Anti-corruption Commission of Zambia from 2011 to 2013. Then i moved to Konkola copper Mines Plc (KCM) where i worked from 2013 to 2015.
                                            From 2015 to 2017, I worked as Principal Legal Officer at ZESCO Limited, the biggest power utility company in Zambia.

                                            Academic fields of interest:
                                            My academic interests include but not limited to Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Accounts,Investment and Trade Law, Human Rights Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law and Economics.
