 pon the initial Civil Society Dialogue which was held on the sidelines of t
 he PAP August 2018 Committee Sitting and is in line with the Memorandum of 
 Understanding that was signed between PAP and the Centre.&nbsp;\n\n\nDownlo
 ad Invitation\nThe Forum, which targets Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) 
 from across the continent, aims to deepen reflections on the establishment 
 of a PAP Civil Society Coalition and reflect on the key themes of the PAP S
 ession. An ancillary aim is to examine ways in which CSOs can meaningfully
