 try online (Deadline: 31 October 2019)\n\n\nThe purpose of the Competition 
 is to encourage students from Africa to express themselves and to engage wi
 th issues of relevance to Africa, using available cellphone technology. Reg
 istered undergraduate and postgraduate students from all tertiary instituti
 ons in Africa are invited to participate in the FACES 2019: African Student
  Cellphone Film Competition.\n\n\nFILM IT.\n\n\nMake a short fictional film
  or animation by using your smartphone. The maximum length is 3 minutes.\n\
 n\nTWEAK IT.\n\n\nFilms can be edited and must contain the words ‘human’ an
 d ‘rights’ and ‘wrongs’, in any order, in the dialogue, or in written form.
 \n\n\nSUBMIT IT.\n\n\nFilms should be uploaded to YouTube/Vimeo and submitt
 ed via the online form before 31 October 2019.\n
