 Valerie Theron, Judge, Constitutional Court of South Africa.\n\n\nJustice T
 heron was born in KwaZulu-Natal on the east coast of South Africa. She atte
 nded Natal University from 1984 to 1988 where she completed a Bachelor of A
 rts and Bachelor of Law Degrees. In 1989 she was awarded a Fullbright Schol
 arship by the American Government to study in the US. She obtained a Master
  of Laws degree from Georgetown University in Washington DC in 1990. Whilst
  she was in the States she worked for the International Labour Organisation
  in Washington DC and for a firm of attorneys in Los Angeles.Justice Theron
  was born in KwaZulu-Natal on the east coast of South Africa. She attended

  as an advocate from the end of 1990 and also lectured at the University of
  Natal. In 1995 she was appointed as a member of the Judge White Commission
  by the then President Mandela. She was appointed as a Judge of the High Co
 urt on 15 October 1999. Justice Theron was the first black female judge to 
 be appointed in the province of KwaZulu-Natal and at the age of 32, the the
 n youngest judge in the country. In December 2010, Justice Theron was appoi
 nted as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal. She was the youngest member
  of the Supreme Court of Appeal. On 1 July 2016, she was appointed to the C
 onstitutional Court by President Zuma. Justice Theron sits on a number of b
 oards, and has delivered papers at numerous conferences, both within South 
 Africa and internationally. Justice Theron has, over the years, received nu
 merous awards for her contribution to the development of justice in South A
