    Executive director

    Adrian Jjuuko is a Ugandan human rights lawyer and advocate. He is the Executive Director of the HumanRights Awareness and Promotion Forum (HRAPF). HRAPF provides legal aid services to LGBTIQ+persons and engages the Police and the Judiciary on LGBTIQ+ rights within a largely hostile legal environment. He earned his LLD at the University of Pretoria.

  • Monica Tabengwa 
    Policy Specialist: Inclusive Governance Initiative, UnitedNations Development Programme
    Monica Tabengwa is a lawyer and human rights advocate from Botswana. She has worked for Pan-Monica Tabengwa is a lawyer and human rights advocate from Botswana. She has worked for Pan-Africa ILGA, Human Rights Watch, and HIVOS specialising in LGBTIQ+ issues in Africa. Tabengwa holds an LLM from the University of Pretoria.
