This Conference marks an important milestone in reflecting on the jurisprudence of the African Union human rights bodies and seeks to foster rigorous academic engagement with their evolving work through two distinct but interconnected streams.

The first stream interrogates the concept and content of landmark judgments within the African human rights system, while the second revisits and rewrites selected landmark decisions of these bodies. The Conference will follow a hybrid format. There is no registration fee.
