The Centre for Human Rights recently launched the English and French versions of the Compendium on human rights defenders with the African Commission's Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Defenders in Africa, Commissioner Rémy Ngoy Lumbu. The publication of this commemorative book marks 20 years of the United Nations Declarations on human rights defenders.
