Guest Speaker:
Dr Moses Obinyeluaku is the Chief Economist at the International Trade Administration Commission of SA (ITAC). He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Cape Town and was formerly with the National Treasury before moving to ITAC in 2012. His area of specialization and interest is regional economic integration in Africa.

TILSS is a thematic seminar series conceived to address cross-cutting and current issues in the fields of international trade and investment law in Africa.

About the Unit:
The International Development Law Unit was established for the purposes of conducting policy oriented research on issues related to the international legal aspects of sustainable and equitable development; stimulating debate and research on the legal and policy issues related to international development and how they affect Africa, in general, and Southern Africa, in particular; and to train students in international development and economic law.
