Previous experience

Worked as a justice officers trainer on access to justice for persons with disabilities, Paralegal trainer, I have coordinated disability programmes including research on disability rights, am a member of the Fair Access to Justice Knowledge Hub and have been a member of the International Scientific Study on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. A human rights lawyer in Zambia and works with the African Centre of Excellence on Access to Justice to promote paralegalism and access to justice for poor communities. I have attended a short course in Mental Disability Law in Practice at Central European University in Hungary.

Academic fields of interest:

My academic interests lie in comparing regional human rights systems, specifically focusing on the protection of disability rights, and also on analysing the effects of migration on persons with disabilities
