Experience:
By the time of joining the program, Mulshid has four years of experience in the non-profit sector and is an alumnus of the Human Rights Advocates Program offered at Columbia University in New York. While working as an Organisational Learning and Development Consultant, he has worked closely with organisations in change management processes, strategic thinking and development, program design and implementation. Previously, Mulshid worked with Defenders Protection Initiative and has amassed technical expertise in the security, safety and protection of Human Rights Defenders and various aspects of how legislation is used to regulate civic space. He has also worked on specialised assignments in South East Asia, particularly in Cambodia and Myanmar. Through these experiences, he developed strong project coordination and implementation skills.
