The Global Engagement Network on Internal Displacement in Africa (GENIDA) is excited to announce a call for audio notes! We invite you to contribute to our upcoming audiomentary by sharing your insights on one or two provisions of the Kampala Convention and how they relate to your home country.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Content: Explain one or two provisions of the Kampala Convention in relation to the context of your home country. Focus on how these provisions are implemented, their impact, and any challenges or successes observed.
  • Length: Each audio note should be no longer than 10 minutes.
  • Format: Clear and concise audio recording, suitable for featuring on the GENIDA website and social media pages.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Deadline: Submit your audio note by 30 August 2024.
  • Email: Send your audio note to genidanetwork@gmail.com.
  • Profile: Include a brief profile of yourself (no more than 300 words) with your submission. We will feature your profile alongside your audio note.

Why Participate?

By contributing, you will have your insights independently featured on the GENIDA website and social media pages. This allows you to share your expertise with a broader audience. Additionally, your audio note will become part of a comprehensive long audio analysis of the Kampala Convention, showcasing diverse perspectives from across Africa.

We look forward to your valuable insights and thank you for helping to shed light on the important provisions of the Kampala Convention.
