Guest Speaker:
 Jason Nagy is the Africa Business Development Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa Region, United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) at the US Consulate General, Johannesburg. Prior to this, he served as USTDA Country Manager for South Asia and as a Project Analyst, Contractor for USTDA’s Sub-Saharan Africa regional program.
 
 About TILSS:
 TILSS is a thematic seminar series conceived to address cross-cutting and current issues in the fields of international trade and investment law in Africa.
 
 About the Unit:
 The International Development Law Unit was established for the purposes of conducting policy oriented research on issues related to the international legal aspects of sustainable and equitable development; stimulating debate and research on the legal and policy issues related to international development and how they affect Africa, in general, and Southern Africa, in particular; and to train students in international development and economic law.
