I am an advocate in Uganda with over 3 years of professional experience in Corporate and Commercial law particularly providing legal advisory, company secretarial services and transaction support to financial institutions, funds, advisory funds, asset managers, different entities and individuals.
I also conduct tutorial sessions with students at Uganda Christian University and International University of East Africa where I'm a tutorial assistant and teach Business Associations, International law, Intellectual Property and Moots.
