Previous experience

I am a qualified teacher and have taught at High School in Soweto. Thereafter I was employed as a Human Resource Executive for blue chip companies. I also worked as a Labour Relations Executive responsible for negotiating terms of conditions of employment and wage increases with Trade Unions. Some of my responsibilities included training of management on labour related matters, performance management, and chairing of DC. This included representing companies on various platforms such as the CCMA, Bargaining Councils etc. After attaining an LLB and got admitted as an advocate of the High Court of South Africa, I practice as an advocate. I have also qualified as a mediator and arbitrator from AFSA.
