Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from Ruaha University College (RUCO) the then Constituent College of the Saint Augustine University of Tanzania and a Master of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration (MA RLA) from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Prior to the programme, he was a researcher co-researching on the Taxation of Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining in Tanzania. He is involved in the African Legal Information Institute – Law Tech Lab Classifier Project. He is also a member of the Commonwealth Leading Group of Parliamentarians and Delegates and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has represented young people in various high-profile fora including the Commonwealth Parliamentarians Forum and the Westminster Seminar Youth Programme. His areas of interest include International Trade and Investment Law, the Extractive Industry, International Commercial Arbitration, Customs, Taxation, Intellectual Property Law, Regional Integration and Democratization. He brings to the programme his wide exposure and research experience.
