Busi Dlamini currently works as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the South African Human Rights Commission. Prior to that position she worked in the same institution within its Records Management Unit. She is an experienced researcher having worked in research and development at Zevoli Growth Partners specializing on international funding for small and medium enterprises. She began her career working as a Library Intern for the Department of Community Devrkoment in Johannesburg. Her academic background has been in Public Policy and is now studying towards her MPhil in human rights at UP
