Previous experience
I began my legal journey at K. Mwale and Company Advocates as an intern in a client centric dynamic law firm. Through dedication and consistency, I rose to Head of Real Estate and Conveyancing Department where I have managed complex property transactions and guided clients through critical legal processes with precision and care. Working in a law firm that handles a wide spectrum of legal matters has given me the privilege of engaging in diverse areas of practice including Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property and Commercial Transactions, Dispute Resolution, Human Rights, Disability and Media Law. This breadth of exposure has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in Zambia.
Academic fields of interest:
My academic interests are rooted in a strong passion for human rights , with a particular focus on the protection and advancement of Women's and Children's Rights. I am deeply committed to exploring how legal frameworks, policy development and advocacy can be harnessed to safeguard vulnerable groups and promote equality. Through my work and research, I aim to contribute to the strengthening of rights based approaches that ensure dignity, justice and empowerment for women and children.
