Experience

As a Human Rights Field Officer at Centre for Human Rights and Peace Advocacy, Bamenda, Cameroon, I carried out monitoring, verification, investigation and reporting on human rights and related issues; advocacy with local authorities and community leaders for respect of human rights; conducted of visits to detention or prison centers to monitor administration of justice; and participate and assist in capacity building activities with civil society organisations and governmental institutions.

As Paralegal at Ajereboh & Associates Law Office, Yaounde, Cameroon, I attended court sessions; provided administrative support to lawyers; interviewed clients; represented clients at police stations and legal departments and defended their human rights or ensured the administration of justice; carried out investigations; and conducted legal research for the law firm.
