This event is a follow-up discussion to the CSO Forum held on 26 - 27 April 2023 in Maseru. It is scheduled for November 9 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, immediately following the Committee's session. During this event, we will have a discussion on the critical children’s rights issues affecting Intersex Children across the African continent. The discussions will centre on the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights Resolution 552, which addresses the promotion and protection of the rights of Intersex Persons in Africa, and was adopted during the African Commission's 74thn Ordinary Session in March 2023.
