Biography:
Professor Kedzia is Chair of the Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam-Mickiewicz-University of Poznań, Poland, Vice-Chairperson of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (United Nations), and National Director of the European Masters Programme in Human Rights (E.M.U), member of the Board of European Inter-University in Hagen, Germany. Kedzia is the former Minister-Counselor, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the United Nations Office in Geneva (1991-1994) and alternate member of the Venice Commission “Democracy through Law” (1991-1994) among a long history of diplomatic service.
