
Participated in the 14th edition of the African Human Rights Moot Court competition in 2000 (Johannesburg, South Africa)
Originally from Côte d’Ivoire, Armand Tanoh currently practices as an Attorney in France. A former participant and winner of the African Moot Court Competition in 2005, he also holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa from the University of Pretoria (2007). Project manager at the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria between 2009 and 2014, he notably coordinated the Christof Heyns and the Nelson Mandela World Moot Court Competitions. Author of several publications on human rights, he has maintained a strong interest in human rights for nearly 20 years by participating in these competitions as a judge. He also serves as Deputy Counsel to the International Criminal Court.
