Students: University of Cape Town (Upper Campus):

• USD 150 per student for the whole week (USD21,50 per night)

Payment mode @ Upper Campus Residence: payment should be made in cash in US Dollars (or Rand equivalent).

NB: Students are not required to book for their rooms. The individual registration forms will be used as a form of confirmation to secure the booking.

 Faculty Representatives / Coaches: Neighbourgood

• Bed & Breakfast: R 1120 or USD62 per night (Single occupancy). Extra R200 (USD11) for double occupancy.

NB: 45 rooms will be made available for faculty representatives and coaches. Reservation will be based on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. A reservation form will be shared with faculty representatives and coaches on 1 April 2025.

Payment mode @ Neighbourgood: Payment can be made in either cash or bank cards on arrival. For those who may prefer to make payment in advance details will be provided on 30 April 2025.
